How to get to BoYi Crystal ?
BoYi Crystal is located in Pujiang Town Zhejiang province, only 300 km from China's largest city of Shanghai,
welcome to visit our factory, you can go Shanghai first, then change plane to YiWu City, we will pick you up there.

Do you ask minimum order amount or quantity?
No, we don’t request minimum order amount or quantity, but different order quantity will takes different price.

Can I mix different items in an order?
Yes, you can mix different items in one order.

What is the Payment Terms?
In general, there are three payment ways for your choice.
1. Order total amount less than USD 3,000 or Euro2,000, full payment in advance.
2. Order total amount reach or more than USD 3,000 or Euro 2,000, 50% deposit, the balance against the copy of B/L.
3. Order total amount reach USD 5,000 or Euro 3,500, 30% deposit, the balance against the copy of B/L.

What about Delivery Time?
Based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season. We usually makes delivery for
hot sale merchandises in 7-15 days, make delivery for special production in 15-35 days after receiving deposit and
samples approval.

Can you accept OEM/ODM business?
Yes, on most occasions we make production according to your design and request. We also welcome worldwide
OEM/ODM business with private brand or labels.

Can I ask Special Packing?
Yes, we are willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra packing charge.

Can you send me a catalogue?
As we update products every day, so at present we have not printed catalogue, but we can send you E-catalogue as
per your preference by a separate e-mail, you also can get them at our website.

How to arrange Shipping?
You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder agent in China before
production completion, or you can ask us to arrange shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight
before shipping.

How to cover Insurance?
If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you can arrange insurance by yourself or ask us to do this on behalf
of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before shipping.

I don't find the items I need, what can I do?
If you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed specifications of design and request,
we will send you proper product information as per your preference.

What kind of currency can you accept?
At present, we only accept US Dollar and Euro.

What country can you arrange shipping to?
We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order
quantity, shipping method and detailed address.

What warranty do you offer for the merchandise?
Normally, we always send samples to your confirmation before you place an order.
1. For most products, which price from US$5 to US$20, in the first 3 months, if merchandise is found to be quality
    defective, free replacement will be offered and shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping
    method, the extra freight will be bear at our account.
2. For most products, which price higher than US$20, in the first 3 months, if merchandise is found to be quality defective,
    free replacement will be offered and shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping method,
