Thank you for choosen us to be your partner. As the seller, our responsibility is supply you our high
quality crystal products in time and our good service. We will do our best to satisfy you! For better
cooperation,we list some terms as follow:

1-Sample making: we accept various styles of customized products. Tell us your need, we will suggest
         some proper designs according to your request. Also you can send us photos, drawings (in CDR
        format is better), we can help to design the products accordingly.
         a)-We can accept small or big orders, but small order quantity will cause the high unit price.
       b)-We can send you samples which the value is less than USD5 for free. It will takes 3- 7days.
        c)-3D laser products(You own the copyright of 3D design ): the sample fee varies from 50 -100USD
              perstyle( according to the product size ). This fee will return to you base on order quantity.
       d)-For cutting down the cost of production, some products need to make a new model, we will charge
      proper model fee for them. This charge will also return to you base on your order.

2-Sample delivery: we will dispatch the samples as the way you requested, you size shall bear all the transport cost.

3-Quality: Most of crystal products are made by hand, tiniest size different should be tolerable.

4-Packing: We will pack the goods carefully to adapt the request transport way. Inner box- Gift box(paper or wood).

5-Payment term: TT or Western Union.
    a)-For sample fee and express fee: TT   whole fee before sample making.
       b)-For payment of goods:
        1. Order total amount less than USD 3,000 or Euro2,000, full payment in advance.
       2. Order total amount reach or more than USD 3,000 or Euro 2,000, 50% deposit, the balance against the copy of B/L.
        3. Order total amount reach USD 5,000 or Euro 3,500, 30% deposit, the balance against the copy of B/L.
